These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mvmcardio.com (the "Site"), operated by MVM Heart, Vein and Vascular Centers ("MVM," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Medical disclaimer

The content on this Site is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or consultation with a licensed healthcare professional.

2. Emergency disclaimer

Do not use this Site for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency (chest pain, sudden weakness, severe shortness of breath, sudden limb pain or color change, signs of stroke) call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

When you submit a consultation request or other information through the Site, you represent that the information is accurate. As a reminder, our forms are designed to be HIPAA-safe, please do not include diagnoses, medication names, or detailed health information in any web form or email.

Submitting a consultation request does not establish a physician-patient relationship until a consultation is scheduled and conducted.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, illustrations, photos, video, logos, and the overall design) is owned by or licensed to MVM Heart, Vein and Vascular Centers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print Site content for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use (including reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, or use for commercial purposes) requires our prior written permission.

6. Third-party content and links

The Site may link to or display content from third parties (such as embedded maps, videos, or referenced medical guidelines). You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MVM Heart, Vein and Vascular Centers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Effective" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
