Most new patients are seen within five business days, with same-day evaluation for limb-threatening symptoms. Same-week or same-day evaluation. Many patients told they need amputation are candidates for revascularization.
Peripheral artery disease · claudication work-up
In-office ABI and vascular ultrasound same visit. Endovascular intervention at the Kendall procedural suite when indicated.
Coronary artery disease · chest pain or abnormal stress
Echocardiogram, stress testing, and angiography pathways. Coordinated cath-lab access for intervention.
Atrial fibrillation · rate, rhythm, and stroke risk
CHA2DS2-VASc-based anticoagulation, rate vs. rhythm strategy, ablation referral when warranted.
Resistant hypertension · 3+ agent regimens
Secondary cause work-up, medication optimization, ambulatory BP monitoring.
Carotid artery disease · TIA / stroke risk evaluation
Carotid duplex and CTA/MRA coordination. Intervention pathway for symptomatic high-grade stenosis.
Heart failure · diagnosis or GDMT optimization
Echocardiogram, BNP/NT-proBNP work-up, four-pillar GDMT titration, and ongoing co-management with PCP.
Vein disease · varicose and chronic venous insufficiency
Venous duplex, RFA, sclerotherapy, and conservative management - covered for symptomatic disease.
